Signup Instructions for Swim Meets
Deadline to register for each swim meet is the Friday morning PRIOR to the next Thursday meet. If there is a Monday meet, registration is due the Tuesday PRIOR to that meet.
Events that you "register" for are REQUESTS! Coaches make the final decisions about entries to make sure we have enough swimmers spread across all events. Each swimmer is allowed 3 individual events, and up to 2 relays. Relays are chosen based on coaches' discretion.
Swimmer Signup
- Click the green MEET ENTRY tab, and then click the green Edit tab under your athletes' names.
- For each of your athletes, select an option from the drop-down list next to their names.
- Attending
- Not Attending
- Select the appropriate events from the list shown.
- You do not have to choose events! You can come back later and choose/change your events, as long as they are done by the deadline. You can also leave them open, if you want to leave it up to the coaches to decide.
- Click Save to record your choices.
