2026 Practice Schedule
After-School Practices: Monday, May 11th through Tuesday, May 19th (no practice on the last day of school, May 20th)
3:00 - 3:40 -- High School
3:45 - 4:15 -- 7/8 age group
4:20 - 4:50 -- 9/10 age group (*11-year-olds not yet in middle school can practice at this time, but should let Head Coach know.)
4:55 - 5:15 -- 6 & under age group
5:20 - 6:00 -- Middle School (11/12s, and 13/14s in middle school)
Tiny Timber practices will begin May 26th - information will be emailed to parents
Summer Practices Begin May 21st (no practice on Memorial Day) **Regular practices conclude Friday, 6/26. Swimmers participating in the County Meet will continue practices 6/29 through 7/10.**
SWIMMERS MUST PRACTICE WITH THEIR AGE GROUP! There may be rare occasions where a swimmer is with another age group, but that must be discussed with Head Coach.
7:50 a.m. - 8:20 a.m. -- 6 & under age group
8:25 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. -- 7/8 age group
9:05 a.m. - 9:45 a.m. -- 9/10 age group
9:50 a.m. - 10:40 a.m. -- 11/12 age group
10:45 a.m. - 11:40 a.m. -- 13 & up age group
UPDATED! Fun Friday Schedule (Fridays, from May 22 - June 26)
9:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. - Everyone! The whole team will be having fun all together!
Tiny Timbers
Practices begin May 26th and continue through June 25th. Multiple sessions are held between 9:45 and 11:15 Monday through Thursday. Your swimmer’s session time/group will be communicated with you after registration ends. We will finish the season with a Tiny Timber meet on June 25th.
COUNTY TEAM PRACTICES (June 29 - July 10) -- Subject to change depending on numbers of swimmers who qualify in each age group!
June 30 - July 2 for those in the GCSL Top 100 or on A relays! July 3 - 11 for all who make it into the final Top 50 and A relays.

- 8:45 - 9:20 -- 9/10s
- 9:25 - 10:15 -- 11/12s
- 10:20 - 11:15 -- 13/14s and 15-18s
